General

If you need to make a change on your order, contact us asap! If an order has began processing or is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

If you receive your order, and there is an error or defect please reach out to us asap! We must be notified within 15 days of receipt! Please send a photo with your message that shows the item clearly. If there is any error on our part, a new item will be sent out for you. 

If you need to receive your order by a certain date, please CONTACT US before ordering. We will let you know if this is possible, and if there are any additional shipping upgrades to meet your timeline. 

Our processing time varies by item and design style. We fulfill all orders in house, and work to process all orders as quickly as possible. Most items process and ship out within 1-3 days. 

Returns + Cancellations

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on our items as they are personalized, custom, or made to order for you. Please check all information before ordering to ensure the details are correct for your items. 

If your order has not began processing, we can cancel that for you. If the order has already began processing, we will not be able to cancel the order. Please reach out to us asap! 

Shipping + Delivery

Orders are processed in the order we receive them. Once shipped, you can track your order status on a tracking page & also signup for alerts on a courier website.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.
